Enrollment and access
When enrollment opens, the $99 payment provides access to this course, its study materials, practice questions, assessment, and included retakes. This purchase is not a monthly subscription. Use your own email account and complete the work yourself. Do not share sign-in links or submit another person’s answers.
Completion standard
Complete all eight modules, required source readings, written activities, and practice questions. Pass the 30-question final assessment with at least 80%. A failed assessment may be retaken after a 15-minute review interval. The course is designed for approximately 2¾ hours with activities, but actual time varies.
Directory inclusion
Passing makes you eligible to submit a full directory profile. Publication requires a complete profile, active relevant real estate license, accurate brokerage information, permission to publish the submitted details, and a profile review. Course completion does not guarantee leads, referrals, territory rights, income, or transaction outcomes. Keep your information current. You may hide your profile at any time. Profiles may be removed if information is inaccurate, licensing is no longer active, or enrollment payment is refunded or disputed.
No additional lead or referral fees
Our fees are limited to agent course fees and monthly agent membership fees when offered. We do not collect referral fees or a share of an agent’s commission.
An inquiry made directly through an agent’s directory profile goes to that agent to handle. Agents pay no additional lead or referral fee for direct directory inquiries or introductions routed by this website. Consumers remain free to choose their agent.
The course fee includes eligibility for the standard graduate directory listing after completion and review. A monthly membership is not required for that standard listing. There is no additional fee triggered by a lead, introduction, or closing.
Scope of the credential
The completion record is issued by Veteran Home Loan, an independent program. It is not VA endorsement, government certification, mortgage licensure, or approved state continuing-education credit. You remain responsible for current program guidance, local law, brokerage rules, and professional duties.
Billing and refunds
Paid enrollment is closed while the payment service and refund terms are finalized. No course payments are being accepted.

Future Preferred membership
Any future Preferred program would have separate terms and consent. Buying this course does not enroll you in a subscription, reserve an area, or activate automated lead distribution.
