ON THE HORIZON · NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
A future Preferred Agent program.
We are exploring enhanced profiles and geographically matched inquiries for a limited number of participating agents in each area.
Proposed membership
Approximately $99 per month, with geography and participation limits still to be determined. Completing the course would remain a separate, one-time purchase. Members would owe no additional lead or referral fees for inquiries from the site.
A 50% marketing commitment
The proposed program would allocate 50% of monthly membership revenue collected to marketing, including Facebook and Google advertising, with a shared monthly spending report.
Clear expectations
No subscriptions, territory reservations, or lead distribution are active. Final terms would explain territory coverage, how inquiries are assigned, advertising spend, and reporting. No lead volume or closing guarantee is proposed.
This is a future program outline, not an offer for sale. The monthly price and territory structure remain proposals.
No referral fees. No share of your commission.
Our fees are limited to agent course fees and monthly agent membership fees when offered. We do not collect referral fees or a share of an agent’s commission.
An inquiry made directly through an agent’s directory profile goes to that agent to handle. Agents pay no additional lead or referral fee for direct directory inquiries or introductions routed by this website. Consumers remain free to choose their agent.
The one-time course fee includes eligibility for a standard directory listing after completion and review. A future Preferred membership would be optional and would not add a per-lead or closing-based referral fee.
What the course credential means
A passing learner earns “Veteran Home Loan Agent Proficiency — Course Completed.” This identifies completion of this independent program and its assessment. It does not imply endorsement by VA, a government certification, state continuing-education credit, or a guarantee of an agent’s transaction performance.
