Information you choose to share
The agent-match form collects your name, email, optional phone, target area, buying timeline, military connection, preferences, and optional message. We store the request and its contact permission to review your needs, respond, and arrange an agent introduction. Do not submit Social Security numbers, military records, medical records, or financial documents.
Agent introductions
With the permission provided in the form, we may share your request information with a prospective local real estate agent for an introduction. We do not publish your request information. An introduced agent or brokerage may have its own privacy practices and service agreement. A request is not a mortgage application or guarantee of a match.
Our fees and agent introductions
Our fees are limited to agent course fees and monthly agent membership fees when offered. We do not collect referral fees or a share of an agent’s commission.
An inquiry made directly through an agent’s directory profile goes to that agent to handle. Agents pay no additional lead or referral fee for direct directory inquiries or introductions routed by this website. Consumers remain free to choose their agent.
The site does not charge buyers to request an agent introduction. Any real estate representation or brokerage compensation is agreed separately between the consumer and the agent or brokerage.
This directory is for graduates of our paid proficiency course. Directory inclusion requires course completion and profile/license review; it is not a government endorsement, an independent ranking, or a guarantee of transaction experience.
Monthly Preferred memberships are not currently offered. The proposed membership price and geographic structure remain subject to separate future terms.
Agent course accounts and profiles
For agent accounts, we store your email, enrollment confirmation, course progress, written exercises, assessment attempts and results, and profile submissions. Email sign-in links expire and are single-use. A secure cookie keeps you signed in. Do not include real client information in exercises. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we store payment references and enrollment status, not full card numbers. Resend processes sign-in email delivery when configured.
Only the profile details you authorize for publication appear in the public directory after review. Military affiliation and transaction experience are self-reported. Internal account records, written activities, and exam answers are not public. You can hide your profile from your account or contact Dave to request changes or deletion. Some payment and completion records may need to be retained.
Technical information
Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and protect the site. This version does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. External VA resource links are governed by those sites’ policies.
Retention and requests
Contact Dave at dave@valleysolutionsteam.com to ask about access, corrections, deletion, or withdrawing contact permission. We retain requests as needed to handle introductions and related records; completed or no-longer-needed records should be reviewed for removal. Necessary legal or business records may need to be retained.

You decide whether to work with an introduced agent. Verify licensing and review the agent’s representation agreement and compensation terms. Our no-referral-fee policy does not eliminate any compensation you separately agree to pay your agent or brokerage. We do not promise loan approval, a particular rate, or nationwide agent availability.
